What We Need From You
Provide the Source Content
Provide the website, files, or other source containing the content to be migrated and identify which pages or items should be transferred.
If the source is not publicly accessible, the necessary temporary access must be provided. You can also specify any content that should be excluded from the migration.
How We Migrate Your Content
Content Transferred Into the New Structure
We extract the existing content, review it, and place it into the agreed pages or CMS structure of your new website.
Text, images, links, and basic formatting are transferred where applicable and adjusted as necessary to fit the new layout.
Repeatable CMS content such as blog posts, news items, case studies, or similar entries is migrated into the corresponding agreed CMS structure.
Important Information
Migration, Not Content Creation
Content Migration covers the transfer and placement of existing content. It does not include rewriting, translation, creation of new text or images, or substantial restructuring of the source material.
Content that you provide directly for the existing pages of your selected template as part of the normal website development process does not require this Extension.
Content Restrictions
W-Forge Studio does not migrate pornographic or erotic content, sexually explicit material, or content containing graphic depictions of violence, blood, gore, or mutilation.
Not Included
Complex database migrations, ecommerce products and orders, user accounts, memberships, custom data structures, advanced SEO migration, redirects, and other non-standard migration work are not included in standard Content Migration.
These requirements can be reviewed separately as a custom scope.
