What is a W-Forge template?

A W-Forge template is a ready-made WordPress website design that can be used as the starting point for a Website Development project.

It provides an existing visual direction, page structure, layouts, and design system so the client can see the foundation of the future website before development begins.

The template is a starting point, not a restriction. Its content, branding, colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and existing pages can be substantially adapted to the client’s business.

Do I need to purchase a W-Forge template before ordering Website Development?

No.

When W-Forge develops your website using a W-Forge template, the selected template is included in the $1,790 Website Development price.

You do not need to purchase it separately.

Can I purchase a W-Forge template without ordering Website Development?

Yes.

W-Forge templates can also be purchased separately if you want to install, use, or customize the template independently without ordering Website Development from W-Forge.

Template-only purchases and Website Development are separate products.

How can I evaluate a template before choosing it?

Each W-Forge template has a Live Demo.

The Live Demo allows you to review the actual design, pages, structure, layouts, responsive behavior, and overall visual direction before selecting the template for your project.

A separate template product page is not required to evaluate the design because the Live Demo shows the template itself.

Is the Live Demo exactly how my finished website will look?

No.

The Live Demo shows the original template and provides a visual and structural starting point.

Your finished website can use different branding, colors, typography, images, content, layouts, page arrangements, and other visual elements according to the approved project scope.

Does using a template mean my website will not be unique?

No.

A website is defined by its content, branding, imagery, messaging, layout decisions, functionality, and implementation — not simply by the fact that an existing structure was used as the starting point.

A W-Forge template can be substantially adapted so the finished website reflects the client’s own business and brand.

What platform are W-Forge templates built on?

W-Forge templates are built for WordPress using Elementor Free.

The standard W-Forge template architecture uses Elementor Free and a minimal free plugin stack.

Do W-Forge templates require Elementor Pro?

No.

W-Forge templates are designed so that Elementor Pro is not required as a standard dependency.

This avoids forcing the client to maintain an Elementor Pro subscription simply because a W-Forge template was selected.

Do W-Forge templates require paid plugins?

The standard W-Forge template itself does not rely on mandatory paid plugins for its core design and page structure.

A client project may later require paid software for specific functionality, but any such dependency is reviewed separately and confirmed before implementation.

Are all existing template pages included in Website Development?

Yes.

For W-Forge templates, all existing pages included in the selected template are included in the $1,790 Website Development base price.

The client does not pay separately for each existing template page.

What is considered an existing template page?

An existing template page is a page that is already part of the selected W-Forge template before the client project begins.

Examples may include Home, About, Services, Contact, Pricing, program pages, service pages, or other pages included in that particular template.

The exact number and type of existing pages depend on the selected template.

What if I need a page that does not exist in the selected template?

A page that does not already exist in the selected template is treated as a New Page.

New Pages are handled through the New Page Extension, with the fixed price determined by the amount of content and structure required for the new page.

Can I remove pages from the selected template?

Yes.

You are not required to use every existing template page.

Pages that are unnecessary for your project can be excluded from the final website.

Removing unused pages does not change the standard Website Development base price.

Can existing template pages be significantly changed?

Yes.

Existing pages can be substantially adapted within the approved project scope.

This may include changes to content, branding, typography, colors, imagery, layout composition, element arrangement, and the way existing content areas are used.

A modification does not automatically become a New Page simply because the existing page is changed substantially.

Can the structure of an existing template page be changed?

Yes.

The structure of an existing page can be reorganized when necessary to accommodate the client’s content and business requirements.

The distinction is between adapting an existing template page and creating an entirely new page that does not exist in the selected template.

Can I change the selected W-Forge template before development begins?

Yes, provided the final project scope has not yet been approved and development has not begun.

The selected template can be changed during the project configuration and review stage.

Once the project scope has been approved and implementation has begun, changing the template may substantially change the agreed work and must be reviewed separately.

Can W-Forge work with a template I purchased elsewhere?

Yes. W-Forge can develop websites using approved commercial WordPress + Elementor templates provided by clients.

To request a review, open the Project Builder, select Use Your Own Template, enter the template's product URL and your email address, and click Submit for Review.

If approved, the template will appear in your Project Builder with an additional fixed Third-Party Template Development fee, determined by W-Forge after review.

This fee is added to the standard $1,790 Website Development price and does not include purchasing the template or maintaining third-party software licenses.

Approval based on the product information is preliminary. Final technical acceptance may require examination of the original purchased package and its dependencies. Hidden technical issues discovered later may require additional work, which must be separately agreed upon before implementation.

Which third-party template sources are currently approved?

W-Forge currently accepts commercial templates purchased from:

Templates from other sources require W-Forge approval before they are accepted for a client project.

Do you accept free WordPress templates?

No.

W-Forge does not use free third-party templates as the basis for client Website Development projects.

Third-party templates must be legitimate commercial products obtained from an approved or specifically accepted source.

Do you accept nulled, cracked, or repackaged templates?

No.

W-Forge does not accept:

The client must have a legitimate right to use the third-party template supplied for the project.

What technical requirements must a third-party template meet?

A third-party template must:

Final acceptance depends on technical review.

Can a third-party template use Elementor Pro?

Yes.

A third-party template may use either Elementor Free or Elementor Pro.

If Elementor Pro is required, the client must provide and maintain the necessary Elementor Pro license.

The Elementor Pro subscription is not included in W-Forge Website Development pricing.

What happens if a third-party template requires paid plugins?

Required paid plugins, services, or other commercial dependencies must be identified before implementation.

The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the required licenses unless the approved project scope explicitly states otherwise.

Third-party licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and recurring software costs are not automatically included in W-Forge development pricing.

Can I send W-Forge a template before I purchase it?

Yes. We recommend requesting a preliminary review before purchasing a third-party template specifically for your W-Forge project.

Open the Project Builder, select Use Your Own Template, enter the template's product URL and your email address, and click Submit for Review.

W-Forge will assess the available product information, documentation, listed dependencies, technical specifications, and Live Demo.

If the template is approved for project planning, it will appear in your Project Builder with an additional fixed Third-Party Template Development fee.

This preliminary approval does not guarantee final technical acceptance or the absence of hidden problems. The original purchased package and its dependencies may require further examination before development begins.

Does W-Forge automatically download or install the template when I submit its URL?

No.

When you submit a third-party template URL through the Project Builder, the link is saved for manual review by W-Forge.

The system does not automatically download, install, or execute any files from the submitted URL.

The preliminary review is based on the product information, documentation, technical specifications, listed dependencies, and available Live Demo.

If further technical examination is required, W-Forge may request the original purchased template package and its documentation separately.

Does a preliminary review guarantee that the third-party template will be accepted?

No.

Approval in the Project Builder means that W-Forge has preliminarily accepted the template based on the available product information, documentation, dependencies, and technical specifications.

This allows the template to be added to your project with an assigned Third-Party Template Development fee.

However, preliminary approval does not guarantee final technical acceptance or problem-free implementation.

Some issues, including custom code errors, plugin conflicts, undocumented dependencies, and compatibility problems, may only become apparent after examining the original purchased package or during development.

If additional work is required, W-Forge will explain the issue and agree on any additional scope and cost before proceeding.

If the template proves technically unsuitable, W-Forge may decline its use and discuss alternative options with the client.

What does W-Forge review in a purchased third-party template?

Depending on the template, the review may include:

W-Forge may decline a template if its architecture or dependencies create unreasonable technical or maintenance risks.

What happens if I purchase a third-party template before W-Forge approves it?

The purchase does not automatically require W-Forge to use that template.

If a template was purchased without prior approval and does not meet W-Forge requirements, the client may need to select another acceptable template or use a W-Forge template instead.

For this reason, we recommend requesting a preliminary review before purchasing a third-party template specifically for a W-Forge project.

What happens if W-Forge does not approve my third-party template?

If a submitted template does not meet W-Forge's technical, quality, licensing, or compatibility requirements, it cannot be used as the basis for the proposed Website Development project.

You can request a review of another eligible commercial WordPress + Elementor template or select a W-Forge template from the Templates page.

A declined template is not added to your project as an approved template, and no Third-Party Template Development fee is assigned to it.

Purchasing a third-party template does not obligate W-Forge to accept or develop a website using that template.

Does the standard $1,790 price automatically apply to every third-party template?

The standard Website Development base price is $1,790.

When using an approved client-provided template, an additional fixed Third-Party Template Development fee applies.

W-Forge determines this fee after reviewing the template's architecture, technical requirements, dependencies, and expected development complexity.

Once the template is preliminarily approved, the additional fee appears as a separate item in the Project Builder and is included in the Project Total.

This fee covers the additional development work associated with using a third-party template. It does not include the template purchase price, paid plugins, or third-party software licenses.

Any Extensions or additional work outside the approved project scope are priced separately and must be agreed upon before implementation.

Are all pages of a third-party template automatically included?

The scope of a third-party template project is confirmed after the template has been reviewed.

Third-party products can vary significantly in size, structure, demo content, bundled layouts, dependencies, and implementation method.

W-Forge therefore confirms which template pages and components form part of the Website Development scope before the project is approved.

Can W-Forge combine parts of several different templates?

Not as an automatic part of standard Website Development.

The project normally uses one selected template as its primary structural and visual foundation.

If the client wants to combine substantial layouts, systems, or components from several different templates, W-Forge must review the requirement separately because compatibility, licensing, dependencies, and implementation complexity may differ.

Who is responsible for licenses required by a third-party template?

The client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses for third-party templates, Elementor Pro, paid plugins, external services, and other commercial dependencies used in the client’s project unless the approved scope explicitly states otherwise.

W-Forge does not guarantee ongoing access to third-party software after its license or subscription expires.
