General Questions

What is W-Forge Studio?

W-Forge Studio provides structured WordPress website development based on ready-made templates.

Clients select a suitable template as the starting point for their website, customize it to their business, and add only the additional services or functionality their project requires.

The process is designed around clear scope, transparent pricing, written communication, and predictable project stages.

How is W-Forge different from a typical agency?

W-Forge uses a structured template-based development model rather than starting every project from a blank page.

Clients can review the website foundation through a Live Demo before development begins, understand the base price in advance, and add clearly defined Extensions where required.

This reduces uncertainty around design direction, project scope, pricing, and implementation.

Does W-Forge build websites from scratch?

Not as part of the standard Website Development service.

W-Forge develops websites from an existing WordPress + Elementor template — either a W-Forge template or an approved commercial third-party template provided by the client.

The selected template can be substantially customized, including its content, branding, visual design, layouts, and existing pages.

How much does Website Development cost?

The standard Website Development base price is $1,790.

When you choose a W-Forge template, the template and all its existing pages are included in the base development price.

If you use an approved commercial WordPress + Elementor template provided by you, a separate fixed Third-Party Template Development fee is added to the $1,790 base price. W-Forge determines this fee after reviewing the template.

This additional fee covers development work associated with using an external template. It does not include the purchase price of the template or required third-party licenses.

The final project scope and price are confirmed before development begins.

What is included in the $1,790 Website Development price?

The standard Website Development service includes:

When using a W-Forge template, the template itself and all its existing pages are included in the base price without an additional template purchase.

When using an approved client-provided template, the pages and components included in the project are confirmed during technical review and scope approval. A separate fixed Third-Party Template Development fee applies, and the client is responsible for purchasing the template and maintaining any required licenses.

New pages, multilingual implementation, advanced forms, booking functionality, integrations, content migration, website copywriting, image creation, and other additional requirements are handled separately where applicable.

What services are outside the standard Website Development scope?

The standard service covers development of the website based on the selected template and the agreed project scope.

Requirements outside that scope may include new pages, additional functionality, multilingual implementation, integrations, advanced forms, booking systems, content migration, content creation, and other specialized work.

Where a requirement is covered by a standard Extension, the applicable Extension is used. Other requirements are reviewed separately before W-Forge confirms that they can be included.

Why does W-Forge use a fixed base price and structured Extensions?

The fixed base price defines the standard Website Development service before work begins.

Extensions separate additional requirements from the base project so clients can see what they are adding and why it affects the total project price.

This keeps the scope and pricing understandable while allowing projects to expand where additional functionality or services are actually needed.

How does the W-Forge website development model work?

You can start your project in one of two ways.

Using a W-Forge template: Browse the Templates page, explore the available Live Demos, and click Add to Website Project. Your selected template is saved and you are taken directly to the Project Builder.

Using your own template: Open the Project Builder, select Use Your Own Template, enter the URL of your commercial WordPress + Elementor template and your email address, and submit it for review.

W-Forge manually reviews the submitted third-party template. If approved, the template and its additional fixed Third-Party Template Development fee appear in your Project Builder.

You can then add the Extensions your project requires, review the project configuration, and submit it to W-Forge.

After submission, W-Forge reviews the requested work, clarifies any requirements, and prepares the final project scope for written approval.

Submitting a project does not place a paid order or require immediate payment. Development begins only after the agreed scope and applicable contractual and payment requirements have been completed.

Why does W-Forge avoid unlimited revisions?

Unlimited revisions make project scope unpredictable and can turn approved work into an open-ended development process.

W-Forge includes up to three revision rounds for completed work within the approved project scope.

A revision round is one written list of related corrections. New pages, functionality, integrations, or other requirements outside the approved scope are treated as additional work rather than revisions.

What defines a project scope?

The project scope is the written description of what W-Forge has agreed to deliver.

It may include the selected template, existing template pages to be customized, Extensions, required functionality, integrations, content responsibilities, and any separately agreed work.

The approved scope becomes the reference point for development and revisions.

How do review rounds work?

After agreed work has been completed, the client reviews the result and provides a written list of corrections.

One revision round may contain multiple related corrections submitted together.

Up to three revision rounds are included for changes within the approved scope. Requests that introduce new requirements are handled separately.

How does W-Forge keep projects organized?

Project requirements, scope decisions, approvals, changes, and revisions are handled through written communication.

This creates a documented project history and reduces ambiguity about what has been requested, approved, changed, or completed.

The Project Builder also allows the client to assemble the initial project configuration before submitting it for review.

Who is W-Forge suitable for?

W-Forge is suitable for clients who want a professionally developed WordPress website with a clear starting design, controlled scope, transparent pricing, and a structured development process.

The model can be used by businesses, professionals, startups, organizations, and other clients whose requirements fit the W-Forge development approach.

Does W-Forge work with clients internationally?

Yes.

W-Forge works remotely with clients in different countries. Project requirements, scope approval, development communication, revisions, and other project coordination can be handled in writing without requiring in-person meetings.

Does W-Forge accept all types of website projects and content?

No. W-Forge does not accept website projects or content that promote, facilitate, or support illegal activities or violate applicable laws, international sanctions, or relevant legal restrictions.

Prohibited activities and content include:

These restrictions apply to Website Development, Website Copywriting, Website Image Creation, Content Migration, and other relevant W-Forge services.

Legitimate educational, medical, legal, journalistic, or public-interest discussion of sensitive subjects is not automatically prohibited, provided the project does not promote or facilitate prohibited activities.

W-Forge reserves the right to review and decline projects that do not meet its legal, ethical, or content requirements.
