How to Use the Project Builder

The Project Builder helps you assemble your website project before you send it to W-Forge for review.

You can choose a website template, add the Extensions your project needs, review the estimated project total, and then submit the complete project for final scope confirmation.

Building a project does not place an order or require payment. Payment is requested only after W-Forge reviews the project with you and the final scope is approved.

1. Choose Your Website Template

Every Website Development project starts with a template.

Go to the Templates page and browse the available W-Forge templates.

You can use Live Demo to explore the complete design before making a decision.

When you find the template you want W-Forge to use for your website, click:

Add to Website Project

The selected template will then appear automatically in your Project Builder.

You do not need to purchase the template separately when W-Forge is developing your website. The selected W-Forge template is included in the Website Development price.

If you later select a different template, the new template will replace the previous one in your project. Extensions already added to the project will remain.

2. Understand the Base Website Development Price

Once a template is selected, the project starts with the standard:

Website Development — $1,790

This is the base development service.

It includes customization of the existing pages of the selected W-Forge template and standard installation and launch on compatible WordPress hosting.

You do not need to add the existing template pages individually to the Project Builder.

Only work outside the standard Website Development scope needs to be added as an Extension.

3. Add Extensions

If your website needs additional pages, functionality, content services, integrations, or other work beyond the standard Website Development service, go to the Extensions section.

Available Extensions include:

Open the Extension you need and review its description, scope, pricing, and limitations.

Where the Extension has a fixed configuration or calculator, choose the appropriate option and click the button to add it to your project.

The Extension will then appear automatically in the Project Builder.

4. Add the Correct Quantity or Option

Some Extensions have several options or quantities.

For example, you may need:

Use the calculator or available controls on the relevant Extension page to select what you need.

The Project Builder will show the selected item, quantity, and corresponding price.

You can adjust supported quantities directly in the Project Builder using the available + and − controls.

5. Review Your Project

Open the Project Builder at any time by clicking the Project indicator in the website header.

The Project Builder shows your current project, including:

Selected Template

The template W-Forge will use as the starting point for your website.

Website Development

The standard $1,790 base service.

Extensions

All additional services and functionality you have selected.

Project Total

The current estimated total based on the items in your project.

Check the project carefully before submitting it.

6. Remove Something You Do Not Need

If you added an Extension by mistake or change your mind, you can remove it from the Project Builder.

Removing an Extension updates the project total automatically.

You can also return to the relevant Extension page later and add it again.

Changing or removing Extensions does not affect your selected template unless you specifically choose another template.

7. What If You Are Not Sure Which Extension You Need?

You do not have to determine every technical detail yourself.

If you are unsure whether a particular Extension is required, use the W-Forge website chat to explain what you want the website to do.

W-Forge can help determine whether the requirement is already included in Website Development, requires an existing Extension, or needs separate technical review.

For requests such as custom integrations or functionality that cannot be priced automatically, W-Forge reviews the requirement before confirming the scope and price.

8. Submit Your Project

When your project looks correct, click:

Send Project

You will be asked to provide the required contact information so the project can be associated with you.

Submitting the Project Builder does not mean that development starts immediately and does not charge you.

It sends your selected template, Extensions, quantities, and current project configuration to W-Forge for review.

9. What Happens After Submission?

W-Forge reviews the submitted project and contacts you in writing.

At this stage, we can clarify requirements, confirm technical details, identify anything that needs adjustment, and establish the final project scope.

If something needs to be changed before the project is approved, the project can be updated accordingly.

The final scope is confirmed before development begins.

10. When Do I Pay?

You do not pay simply for creating or submitting a Project Builder configuration.

Payment is requested only after the project has been reviewed and the final scope has been approved.

The applicable payment terms are confirmed before development begins.

A two-part 50% / remaining balance payment schedule may also be available upon request and agreement with W-Forge.

11. The Project Builder Total Is an Estimate of Your Current Selection

For standard fixed-price services, the Project Builder calculates the price automatically from the items you select.

However, some requirements need technical or scope review before they can be confirmed.

If additional agreed work is added during the review process, the final project price will be updated before approval.

W-Forge will not begin additional paid work without first agreeing the applicable scope and price with you.

12. You Can Build the Project Before Contacting W-Forge

You are welcome to explore the Templates and Extensions and assemble your project before providing any personal information.

This allows you to understand the structure and approximate cost of your website before submitting it.

When you are ready, send the completed project and W-Forge will continue the process with you in writing.
